1. Services

Edumaster provides:

  • Private tutoring for Early Childhood, Elementary, Junior High, and Senior High School

  • National and International curriculum support

  • Exam preparation programs

  • Non-academic lessons (Swimming, Piano, Guitar, Vocal, Quran/Islamic studies)

  • Home-visit tutoring

  • Online tutoring via Zoom


2. Registration & Booking

  1. Services begin only after registration and payment confirmation.

  2. Session schedules are agreed upon by the parent/guardian (“Mom/Dad”) and the assigned tutor.

  3. Rescheduling must be informed at least 24 hours before the session.

  4. Late cancellations may be counted as a completed session.

  5. These Terms & Conditions will be re-shared before every payment cycle for confirmation.


3. Payment Terms

  1. Payment must be completed before the first session begins.

  2. Payment must be made via transfer to the official bank account of PT. Cakrawala Insani Global as stated in the invoice.

  3. Tutors are strictly NOT permitted to receive payment in any form.

  4. Parents must send proof of transfer as confirmation.

  5. Payment must follow the selected package agreement.

  6. All payments received are non-refundable unless otherwise approved in writing by management.

  7. Fees are non-transferable to other students unless approved by management.


4. Tutor Assignment & Replacement

  1. Tutors are assigned based on qualifications and availability.

  2. Parents may request tutor replacement if justified.

  3. Tutor replacement guarantee may be claimed after the minimum number of sessions specified in the selected package.

  4. The guarantee duration and minimum session requirement vary depending on the package taken.

  5. PT. Cakrawala Insani Global reserves the right to reassign tutors when necessary.


5. Package Validity Period

  1. Each tutoring package has a validity period.

  2. The validity duration differs depending on the selected package.

  3. For regular packages, the standard validity period is 45 days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated in the invoice.

  4. Sessions not used within the validity period will be forfeited.


6. Code of Conduct

Parents, students, and tutors must:

  • Maintain respectful communication

  • Provide a safe and conducive learning environment

  • Avoid harassment or inappropriate behavior

Violation may result in immediate service termination.


7. Academic Disclaimer

Edumaster provides educational support services.
We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, as results depend on student participation, consistency, and external factors beyond our control.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on edumasterprivat.com, including text, branding, logos, and materials may not be reproduced without written permission.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
